Tests of a pilot filtration system based on Chinese technologies conducted on September 30 and October 8 showed it does not meet safe emission standards. A package of subsidies and tax benefits is planned for those switching to "green greenhouses," while the ban on greenhouses without environmentally safe heating in the capital's region remains.
