According to the department under the Prosecutor General's Office, the rapid operation was carried out in cooperation with its Namangan regional administration and other law enforcement agencies.
During the operation, an employee of the Naryn-Syrdarya irrigation systems basin administration, Kh.D., and a citizen, B.A., were caught with material evidence.
It was noted that they had conspired together and promised citizen M.E. to formally register a 40-sotix land plot in the Mingbuloq district in his name without auction bidding. They were caught while receiving $11,500 in exchange for this.
A criminal case has been initiated under Articles 25, 168 and 28, 211 of the Criminal Code. Investigation activities are ongoing.
