It is proposed to abolish the obligation to submit 30–40 documents currently required to obtain a construction license or upgrade its category. If the new procedure is implemented, a process that previously took up to 2–3 months could be completed online within 2–3 days.
This was announced by Saidnosir Usmanov, head of the information service of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, at a briefing held at the Center for Media Content Training.
According to him, the draft resolution submitted by the ministry to the Government provides for abolishing the requirement to attach numerous documents to the application when obtaining a license or upgrading its category for design and survey, construction and contracting, and private expert activities.
It is proposed to automatically obtain the necessary information from relevant information systems through interagency integration. This is aimed at digitalizing the licensing process, reducing excessive paperwork, and limiting the human factor.
The draft also provides for reducing the time for reviewing applications by 50–60 percent.
In addition, it is planned to create the possibility of publishing information about job seekers for organizations looking for specialists who meet licensing requirements.
