President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to Azerbaijan on October 14–15. This was announced by his press service reported.
The head of state will attend the 7th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Baku.

Prospects for cooperation in priority areas such as transport connectivity, digitalization, sustainable economic growth and others will be considered. Participants will also exchange views on important aspects of the regional and international agenda.
As part of the summit, Shavkat Mirziyoyev will hold a number of bilateral meetings with heads of foreign delegations.
